PDMR shareholding notification

The Company was notified that Jeremy Barkes, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has acquired 70,350 ordinary shares (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of 50.90 pence. Following this transaction, Jeremy Barkes’s beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 1,263,606 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.09 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.

First Property establishes new £180 million fund to invest in UK office property

…with eight institutional investors. The Fund has a term of seven years and is mandated to invest in office blocks and business parks across England. First Property will not levy management fees for its services but will instead share in the profits earned by the Fund.
