Richard Digby BA (Hons), MSc, MRICS

Richard joined First Property in 2013. He has a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Religious Studies. He is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Richard works with Ben Habib on the asset management of FPAM’s UK and Romanian funds, including managing transactions, loan financings, and implementing the funds’ strategic asset management objectives. He also supports the UK investment team in exploring new investment opportunities.
