Asset Manager

Richard Digby BA (Hons), MSc

Richard joined First Property in 2013. He has a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Religious Studies.

Richard works with Martin Pryce and Ben Habib on the asset management of FPAM’s UK and Romanian funds. This includes management of the funds’ transactions, loan financings and implementing the funds’ strategic asset management objectives.
