Asset Manager

Adam Young MSc

Adam joined First Property Group as an Asset Manager in December 2022. He was previously a surveyor at Avison Young. He has an undergraduate degree in Planning and a Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate, both from the University of Manchester.

Adam works alongside Martin Pryce, Alexander Cayzer and Richard Digby. In addition to his role as an asset manager, he also assists with analysis of potential property acquisitions and loan opportunities and is responsible for collating the Group’s UK Carbon Emissions Data.
