Established in 2002, commercial property fund management is the core activity of the Group. We operate from offices in the United Kingdom and Poland. The majority of our investments are also located in the UK and Poland but our investment outlook is pan European. Our investment approach is summarised here.

We are proud of our good track record, including ranking as the No.1 performing fund manager versus IPD Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Benchmark and No.1 versus IPD Polish Benchmark over the three year period ended 31^st December 2008 and the four year period ended 31^st December 2009. IPD (Investment Property Databank) is the world leader in performance analysis for the owners, investors, managers and occupiers of real estate. 

The Group has a history of co-investment in funds managed by FPAM. These have generated good returns and it is the intention of the Group to continue to co-invest in funds managed by FPAM.

 
All our fund management activities are carried out via our wholly owned subsidiary, First Property Asset Management Ltd (FPAM). FPAM is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). It has Part IV permission which permits it to control money on behalf of clients.
