Established in February 2010 on behalf of three pension fund clients of Stamford Associates Limited to invest in commercial property in the United Kingdom, subject to the following criteria:
- 6%+ net initial yields
- Fully or partially let commercial or mixed use/multi-let properties
- Lot sizes of more than £3m but less than £15 million without Board approval
- All commercial sectors considered
The fund is ungeared but gearing may be introduced subject to unanimous Board approval.
