Regulatory Approvals & Professional Memberships

Financial Services Authority (FSA)

All our fund management activities are carried out via our wholly owned subsidiary, First Property Asset Management Ltd (FPAM). FPAM is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), firm number 464195. It has Part IV permission which permits it to control money on behalf of clients. Full details of the scope of this permission can be viewed on the FSA website, or at the Company's registered office.

Investment Property Databank (IPD)

In addition to being regulated by the Financial Services Authority, FPAM elects to submit its performance data to Investment Property Databank (IPD) for independent performance analysis. IPD is the world leader in performance analysis for the owners, investors, managers and occupiers of real estate.

Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV)

FPAM is also a member of INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles. INREV's aim is to improve the accessibility of non-listed real estate funds by promoting greater transparency, accessibility, professionalism and standards of best practice. INREV is the leading platform for the sharing and dissemination of knowledge concerning the European non-listed real estate fund market. The association’s primary focus is on institutional investors, who guide its strategy and control the Management Board, although other market participants such as fund managers, investment banks, lawyers and other advisors provide additional support. INREV has over 320 members. Its investor members include some of Europe’s leading institutional investors that together have approximately €140 billion of real estate assets under management.

British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC)

Given that over half of its business activities are in Poland, Fprop is also a member of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce. BPCC's mission is to serve members' interests by promoting and facilitating business, trade and cultural relations in and between Poland and the United Kingdom through the provision of top-quality information, know-how, services and events, and by working with government and related bodies in Poland and the UK.
